Job Description

We’re seeking talented Animators across all experience levels to join our team on upcoming productions. You’ll contribute to high-end feature film work, delivering compelling, performance-driven animation across a range of assets including digi-doubles, creatures, characters, and hard-surface models.

Contract Details

• 6-month contracts commencing June 2026 (with potential extension)
• Locations: Adelaide or Brisbane OR Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality animation from blocking through to final polish
• Deliver believable performance-driven animation across a variety of assets
• Collaborate closely with Layout, Modelling, Rigging, and Creature teams
• Respond to creative and technical feedback efficiently and accurately
• Maintain consistency and quality across sequences
• Manage time effectively and communicate progress clearly

Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of animation principles: timing, weight, and performance
• Experience with organic and/or hard-surface animation
• Ability to problem-solve and work both independently and collaboratively
• Professional approach in deadline-driven environments
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Maya (aligned with level of experience)
